Six Easy Theatre Production Steps

If you are in charge of picking the show, putting a production team together and supervising the enterprise, you are the Producer. Whoever is in charge of working with cast and crew to stage the show is the Director. In many amateur productions one person serves as Producer and Director. Work through these six easy steps, and you will be well on your way.
